Alison is a fully qualified and practicing dentist and a member of the Board of Trustees at the Movement Centre. Alison works closely with clients and candidates ensuring that we can identify and match talented people and create a cultural and aspirational fit that meets the needs of our customers. Alison specialises in supporting health sector roles.

Brian is leading on the development of The Library.

David brought the Value Match concept to fruition because of his extensive experience of developing and implementing market, organisational and functional strategies aligned to values and goals. David works at a senior executive level across public, private, and civil society. David has proven ability to deliver stretching targets while managing significant cultural change, not least demonstrated by his roles managing transformational change for the US Federal Government and as Managing Director of the UK ‘s Government Procurement Service. David is a NED of Social Value UK and BOCL and is leading work within the Contract for Change programme focusing upon increasing the economic, social and environmental impact delivered through procurement.

Jo originated the Value Match concept because of her procurement leadership of major public sector projects. A qualified barrister, Jo established her own consultancy company in 2008. Jo specialises in construction and regeneration programmes and thrives in strategically complex, stakeholder rich environments, leading several competitive dialogue processes. Jo powers the development and application of the Value Match Method and using sustainable procurement to create economic, social and environmental benefits. Jo is a member of the KDC Trustees Board, a workstream lead for the Contract for Change programme and member of the How Do Companies Act Steering Group.

Julie’s experience across the NHS, Local Authorities and Schools included common categories such as stationery and facilities management but also innovative service needs as well as clinical product requirements. Julie worked closely with the Department of Health and many major NHS Trusts establishing collaborative forums to ensure that procurement delivery was patient centred and effective. Julie has led and managed procurement and training engagements across private and public sectors.

An experienced procurement professional, Lindsay has designed and managed procurement shared services and account management in the private sector. Lindsay leads on service delivery across the organisation, coordinating our resources and systems to ensure all customers and candidates receive exceptional service. Lindsay is a co-workstream lead for the Contract for Change programme.

Martin is an active volunteer and one of the leaders of the Hampstead Volunteer Corps founded in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to support the elderly and most vulnerable, and supporter of the Royal Free Charity in London.

Terence leads our Partnership function, ensuring we build successful relationships and collaborative working with all of our customers. Terence has served in a number of voluntary positions such as a Charity Trustee, Board Member of a Housing Association and is currently a School Governor.
