Jeph is an experienced procurement professional with a strong academic background, a BA in Business and Politics and an MSc in Governance and Policy. Jeph working experience spans both the public and private sectors. As a former borough councillor, Jeph actively influences local policy across a wide range of issues. Jeph also served on the board of Eastleigh Citizens advice bureau where he contributed to strategic direction and operation delivery of the charity services to its clients.

Jo originated the Value Match concept because of her procurement leadership of major public sector projects. A qualified barrister, Jo established her own consultancy company in 2008. Jo specialises in construction and regeneration programmes and thrives in strategically complex, stakeholder rich environments, leading several competitive dialogue processes. Jo powers the development and application of the Value Match Method and using sustainable procurement to create economic, social and environmental benefits. Jo is a member of the KDC Trustees Board, a workstream lead for the Contract for Change programme and member of the How Do Companies Act Steering Group.

Naz has primarily worked in the public sector across local government, Councils and Community Organisations, including delivery of a wide range of projects across procurement, regulatory, policy development, inclusion and training whilst building key stakeholder relationships. Naz has also led on various Grant funding Projects including Covid 19 Business Support Grants, Public Consultations and business growth applications within local council.
Naz has placed himself in a strategic position for liaising with and connecting people and organisations. With experience working on Projects with a vast array of Regulatory, Business Support and Local Authority teams including Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Department for Work & Pensions, Business Growth Hub, Environmental Health, Trading Standards, Licencing, Greater Manchester Police & Fire Service and many local business support organisations, Naz consistently strives to drive positive outcomes and exceed expectations.

David brought the Value Match concept to fruition because of his extensive experience of developing and implementing market, organisational and functional strategies aligned to values and goals. David works at a senior executive level across public, private, and civil society. David has proven ability to deliver stretching targets while managing significant cultural change, not least demonstrated by his roles managing transformational change for the US Federal Government and as Managing Director of the UK ‘s Government Procurement Service. David is a NED of Social Value UK and is leading work within the Contract for Change programme focusing upon increasing the economic, social and environmental impact delivered through procurement.

Charlotte has extensive public sector procurement knowledge having spent over 10 years working within procurement for law enforcement. She has led on national projects across all of the Emergency Services Sector and has delivered value for money and efficiencies across all of the projects she has serviced. Working within this fast paced, high pressure environment has allowed Charlotte to pick up the necessary skills to deliver projects quickly and effectively whilst also ensuring effective contract and stakeholder management.
