A Value Match customer was looking to appoint a Relationship Manager with our support, to lead and develop the relationship for a new public sector contract implementation.
We searched the Value Match Network, based on our understanding of the customer requirements and contacted our community of candidates that best matched the customer need. Alex, our Procurement Resourcing Consultant, found Veronica within our network, who was a fantastic match to the job description, company culture and values therefore contacted Veronica to introduce the opportunity.
Veronica had found it challenging during the pandemic to find employment and was enthusiastic about being contacted directly. Alex supported Veronica from the initial application through to feedback, whilst managing expectations for both Veronica and our customer.
Veronica did progress to 1st stage interview, and although was not successful, Veronica continued to express her positive experience with Value Match.
