When platforms are not designed well, behavioral biases can make it difficult for staff to make the best decisions. We identified four main types of behavioural interventions that could be implemented to improve procurement efficiency. These interventions are included in the table below along with some concrete examples of how this type of intervention could be applied in the procurement context.
